Returns Policy
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product(s) within 21 days from the day the order was received .
- To be eligible for return, product must be unused and free of any damages. Item must be in its original packaging.
- All RMA requests are reviewed by our support team for approval. If approved, you will receive an RMA number within 5 business days. Please refer to this RMA number for any inquiries.
- Email RMA request to sales@mydevia.ca with your product details and exact issue with purchase order number.
- After receiving confirmation email, please print and enclose with the product for return.
- We reserves the right to dispose of any product incorrectly sent back without the proper RMA documentation
- All RMA *shipments of defective products are paid by the customer. We will cover the shipping cost for replacement product.
- Customer will receive the replacement product within 2 to 4 business weeks after the RMA package has been received (subject to in-stock availability).
- In case of refund, it will be initiated to original method of payment
- Wait for the RMA number with confirmation email.
*Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.
Shipping
- Once an order has been placed, it will take 1-3 business days for it to be processed and shipped.
- Our shipping service is available only for Canada and US.
- Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed the next available business day.
- Shipping cost is covered by buyer based on the origin of the country .
- Customer will be responsible to pay any Customs and import Duty Fee.
- Estimated shipping time will be calculated by the shipper and it will appear during order processing checkout.
- Shipping fees are non- refundable for orders that are returned due to incorrect or missing address information.
- Please note based on circumstances that are out of control such as natural disasters, holiday delays, etc may cause shipping delays and postponements.
